Recently she performed Governess in The Turn of the Screw (Nashville Opera), Frasquita in Carmen (Manitoba Opera), Jessie No One’s Safe (Against the Grain), concert at Linz Oper (Austria), Poulenc’s Gloria with Greenwich Chorale Society, 15-city concert tour (China), and Salute to Bernstein (Little Opera Winnipeg).
She was a recipient of the prestigious George London Award in 2017 and has received awards from The Giulio Gari Foundation, Spazio Musica Orvieto, Opera San Miguel and was named Jeune Espoire Lyrique Canadien by Theatre Lyrichorega in 2016.
Ms. Secord-Haid holds degrees from New England Conservatory and the Juilliard school.
